The advent and use of rotary endodontics with Nickle Titanium (NiTi) file systems has enabled dentist to do exactly this. At Beyond Smiles, root canal therapies can mostly be completed in one or two visits (varies depending on individual circumstances and the severity of infection) with the use of rotary endodontic technology coupled with accurate electronic root apex location. At the completion of the root canal therapy, the use of heated obturating systems also ensures better filling of the root canal spaces.

Our blood contains stem cells, platelets and numerous growth factors, all of which are transported to the surgical site automatically to repair and heal the traumatized area. Alternatively the patient’s blood can be collected, processed/concentrated, and reapplied to the surgical site to greatly reduce the morbidity associated with their surgery, accelerate the healing process. This novel regenerative process can be used to aid wound healing from extractions, to bone/ridge and sinus augmentation procedures for implant dentistry.
