A picture is worth a thousand words. Rotary NiTi Endodontics, Electronic Apex locators and Heated Obturating Systems.

Patient safety and comfort during treatment is always a priority, and most would agree that if a dental procedure could be completed to the high professional standard in a shorter treatment time, it would be better for the patient. The advent and use of rotary endodontics with Nickle Titanium (NiTi) file systems has enabled dentist to do exactly this. At Beyond Smiles, root canal therapies can mostly be completed in one or two visits (varies depending on individual circumstances and the severity of infection) with the use of rotary endodontic technology coupled with accurate electronic root apex location. At the completion of the root canal therapy, the use of heated obturating systems also ensures better filling of the root canal spaces.

The use of dental magnification and illumination has greatly reduced the incidence of missed diagnosis, and improves the quality and safety of the dental treatment. Regenerative Dentistry

At Beyond Smiles Dentistry, we are able to utilise the latest techniques cultivated from stem cell and regenerative research as an adjunct to our dental treatments. Surgical dental procedures may often result in severe discomfort, and potentially a long healing period. Our blood contains stem cells, platelets and numerous growth factors, all of which are transported to the surgical site automatically to repair and heal the traumatized area. Alternatively the patient’s blood can be collected, processed/concentrated, and reapplied to the surgical site to greatly reduce the morbidity associated with their surgery, accelerate the healing process. This novel regenerative process can be used to aid wound healing from extractions, to bone/ridge and sinus augmentation procedures for implant dentistry.
